Docker Information section not showing on Container Management enabled vms

I have installed a fresh new install of XenServer 6.5 on a test system and applied only SP1 and installed the Container Management supplemental pack. After building a new coreos vm I get exactly the same results of a flashing "Docker Information" section on the General tab for container managed OS. Starting up new containers on the vm will cause a '+' symbol to briefly appear beside the vm name in conjunction with the flashing of the 'Docker Information' section.
