dom0 disk full, space not used

This issue presents itself as a full file system with the elasticsyslog process stuck in a high CPU usage state. File system analysis does not reveal actual usage to be 100%, rather this exhibits similar behavior to the presence of stale file descriptors.

We cannot reproduce this issue and it is experienced throughout hosts in the cluster.
