Server 2016 won't load after install

Installing Server 2016 never seems to finish. It xencenter shuts down the installation. However I didn't realize that there is a template for 2016 and I will try and use it and report back.

Using the template for Server 2016 worked for the non essential version. I'm going to try and install the Essential version and see if it fails this time with the template.
