Add qemu-upstream to Xenserver

    Description

      Nowadays xenserver is still using legacy qemu-dm version of qemu (0.10). However qemu-upstream (package qemu-xen-2.2.1) is included with latest Dundee beta3 but not used.
      Any posibility to start using qemu-upstream in the short term?
