Ability to add custom post-install scripts

It would be useful if you could easily add custom post-install scripts / packages to install to the XenServer ISO.

For example perhaps you need to add the puppet RPMs, or some special yum mirrors / config, or some special post-install network configuration (so sick of typing interface-rename commands via ILO with no copy and paste).

I tried injecting a few extra files into the installer ISO so I could at least run them manually after the install but unfortunately it causes the installer to fail, I'm assuming the install process verifies the md5 sum of the installer etc...

Suggested solution: add a directory within the ISO that you can put any files into and they'll be installed to somewhere on the destination OS, if someone includes a file called post-install.sh perhaps that could be executed on first boot.
