Errors with autofs4 and /dev/mcelog

    Description

      After installing Xenserver 7.1 we get the following two errors upon booting

      failed to insert module autofs4
      unable to init device /dev/mcelog

      I've looked into it, and it seems Redhat related.
      Is this something, that we can safely ignore?
