xe vm-import with URL doesn't support HTTP/1.1

It works only when the target host URL answer in HTTP/1.0 (old stuff is old)

Otherwise the import is frozen because xe can't detect the end of the stream.

We encountered this issue in XAPI (via Xen Orchestra), we workaround it by "cutting" the stream but obviously this can't work with xe.
