XenServer ignores Keyboard/Timezone from setup

      Also noticed that our XenServer 7.0 didn't have that set, when we had remote-support by Citrix.

    Description

      The selected Timezone (Europe/Berlin) and Keyboard Type isn't transported from setup (where requested) to the final install.

      If you boot the server, xsconsole doensn't show default keyboard and no timezone (or other way round). You can manually set it there and then it appears at the side.

      I already noticed, that Citrix Support changed it on our servers, when searching for a problem and I was wondering a lot, that it wasn't shown, as I definately set that during install (can you even skip that?).
      But the 7.0 were upgrades from 6.5 SP1, so I don't know from where the installs should have taken it.
