Trying to install Debian 9

Every time I try to create a virtual machine with Debian 9

I try different versions of Debian: But none of them works in 7.2 always the same error: 

grub-xen package failed to install into /target/ .

Also, I try Lilo but doesn't work either.

Could you please let me know if this is a bug or I am doing really stupid because is 3 days now fight with this problem.
