XenServer 7.3 incompatible with IBM HS22v

XenServer 7.3 does not work with IBM HS22v.

First i upgraded it from XenServer 7.2 and network is broken after that.

Then i did fresh install 7.3 and network does not work.

My guess is something is broken with network driver.

For example when i local shell from xsconsole and write ifconfig, it just stays there, forever, cant break it with control+c, etc.

Also seen kernel panics regarding bnx2x driver, like after completing fresh 7.3 installation.

This machine has worked fine with previous XenServer versions, and has run 7.2 version just fine, just 7.3 does not work with it.
