Cross pool migration fails

In short, cross pool migration fails. Both from CLI and XenCenter.
1) Without VIF mapping, it fails early unable to map VIFs despite them having same names/VLANs on both pools.
2) With VIF mapping, it fails with 'There were no hosts available to complete the specified operation.' message.
3) I've tried even the full migrate command with VIF and VDI mapping - it still fails.

It seems it fails to map SR/VDI/VIF UUIDs properly on VM metadata import.
