    Description

      Hello,

we have an issue in our environment.

The VMs are created successfully, boot at the first start and register at the DeliverController without problems.
If we now start a reboot (via Citrix Studio), the VM gets the reboot signal, but hangs during shutdown.
The VM can no longer be operated (no ping and no console in XenCenter).
Restarting the toolstack does not work, the only solution is to restart the server.

If the VM is restarted via XenCenter it is the same.

What we noticed, the master image has the options "Suspend" and "Migrate to Server".
After the VMs are created, these options are not available.

On a test environment with Dell PowerEdge 610 servers, restarting the VMs is not a problem. We have copied the master image from this environment to the ProLaint server, but the VM still hangs when restarted.

Does anyone have any idea what else we can try?
