Crash on bootup after loading qla2xxx on IBM HS21

    Description

      The installer and dom0 both crash upon loading the qla2xxx kernel module in recent versions of XenServer. The crash is related to the lack of support for MSIX in older 4G FibreChannel HBAs.

      The problem can be worked around by passing kernel parameter: 

      qla2xxx.q2lenablemsix=0

      A fix for this issue was introduced in the upstream kernel in version 4.5.
