VDI pool migrate fails on SMAPIv3 backend

    Description

      When trying to export a VDI that reside on a SMAPIv3 SR, I got:

      $ xe vdi-pool-migrate uuid=<VDI_UUID> sr-uuid=<SR_UUID> 
The SR backend does not support the operation (check the SR's allowed operations)
sr: 79b340f6-490e-5927-3973-fc3173b93917 (SR Name)

      Is it an expected behavior?
