Description
We upgraded our XS on 09-18-2018 to version 7.6. After the upgrade, the host cannot read our LVM SR. I can read our EXT3 SR. We have posted the discussion in the forum and can be found here. https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/398479-unable-to-start-vm-after-upgrade/
Both disks are connected to the same controller and the disk with the LVM SR has passed all hardware diagnostics. It did show as connected in XenCenter prior to running a command suggested in the forum. Now it shows as broken/unplugged. Both VDI drives show when looking at it through XenCenter and they show when running the commands in a SSH session.
Per a member of the engineering team, the problem is the following:
"The actual issue here is the "device or resource busy" error that follows the warning and that is not related to the lvmetad."
