Update via update ISO does not update Xen version in grub.cfg

Updating XenServer 7.5 to 7.6 using the update ISO and xe update-pool-apply does not update the version number of Xen in grub.cfg (should be 4.7.6 instead of 4.7.5).

It does not seem like a big issue, but if you aim for truly equivalent upgrades between the classical "reboot to installer" and the "update via yum" ways, you may want to take it into account.
