Windows Server 2016 Essentials fails to boot after install

    Description

      After install. Windows Server 2016 Essentials crashes:

      "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an error. Windows installation cannot proceed."

      Seems like XSO-486 is back again?

      It does not crash with Windows Server Standard Edition.

      It also affects exisitng VMs that were running on 7.1 Servers, after Upgrade, Essentials-VMs cannot boot anymore.
