Major Description
We've got about 30 XenServers that were recently upgraded to version 8.0. On about 2/3 of these, certain log files like user.log kern.log, are not generated. We've tracked this down to rsyslog not running on those machines. Manually starting rsyslog results in "Segmentation fault (core dumped)".
