Description
The version of OpenSSL shipped with XenServer is acient, while it does have the backported fixed for heartbleed etc... it makes crypto very slow and is bound to contain other bugs that are no longer being looked at.
The best fix for this would probably be update the XenServer base to Centos 7 which is currently in dev however I can't see any way to relate this issue to it?
