    • HP DL380p Gen 8. 2x 16 core CPUs, 256G RAM.

    Description

      Xenserver config:
      Default v6.5 install in standalone mode.

      Storage config:
      3x512G SSD in RAID5 (EXT3 SR),
      4x1TB HDD in RAID5 (LVM SR).
      No SAN or NAS storage.

      Network config:
      4 x onboard gigabit Broadcom Tigon3,
      1 for dedicated management, and 1 attached to xenbridge for VMs.

      Guest config running at time of crash:
      16 vCPUs, 64G RAM.
      Ubuntu 64-bit 12.04, running linux-virtual kernel with xenserver-tools installed.
      Running compute-intensive Java workload.
