Linux Guest Additions install w/ STDOUT warning related to update-rc.d

• • I have not had time to break down the Guest Agent DEB packages
  • I have not had time to break down the install.sh methodologies to see if I can't provide a work-around for this

When installing Guest Additions in modern Debian-based/Ubuntu-based distros, STDOUT throws:

"update-rc.d: warning: start and stop actions are no longer supported; falling back to defaults"

The additions install, but I raise this issue as I wonder if the move away from "initscript" or changes to SysV Init will require pre-checks to ensure this message doesn't lead to confused/concerned XS Admins.
