XenCenter 6.6 does not show VM migration for non-Dundee servers

    Description

      XenCenter only shows it possible to migrate VMs or run the VM migration wizard for VMs under Dundee pools/XenServer installations. That option appears nowhere for any hosts or pools on XenServer 6.5 SP1!
