XenCenter GUI function to change Dom0 memory doesn't apply settings

In 7.1 you it should be possible to change dom0's ram assignment - equiavlent to something like /opt/xensource/libexec/xen-cmdline --set-xen dom0_mem=8192M,max:8192M

You need to have the host in maintenance mode to be able to do this.

The block on changes unless in maintenance mode works. The ability to enter a value works. the setting should apply on host reboot. It does not. Setting a simple value, or min/max as different does not work XenCenter.

Connect to the console and use the cmdline still operates correctly.

It would be useful to display a "pending change" option in the GUI if one has been applied.
