Description
With XenServer 6.5 there is no problem and my two ethernet adapters works correctly. After upgrading to XenServer 7.1 I can still see my two network adapters (eth0 to eth1).
After applying the patch XS71E001 and reboot I lose network connectivity. To regain network connectivity, I had to do an “Emergency Network Reset” and then reboot.
Afterwards I applied the next patch and I had again to do the same procedure to regain network.
The problem is that after the first “Emergency Network Reset” I have only one network adapter.
From the bug log I can see that after applying a patch and restart the reason I lost connectivity is because the network changes from eth0 to eth1.
I have also tried to do a clean install but same problem appears.
Attached is the bug report after the last patch (not_ok-bug-report-20170504181434.tar.bz2) and then the bug report after doing the emergency network reset (ok-bug-report-20170504182504.tar.bz2).
How can I regain my two network adapters?
As I said they appeared correctly after the upgrade but then one of them disappeared and I got this strange behaviour.
PS: My BIOS and IPMI are on the latest version.
Thanks
