Description
After installing the hotfix SP1045 I ran on a Windows Server 2012 R2 VM the XenServer Tools installation. I did not realize the network adapter got lost while the update.
The XenServer Tools installation fails permanently with error 1603 - see the attached screenshot. I tried everything: Uninstalling the XenServer Tools and reinstalling over a whole weekend. Nothing helps - the issue persists.
