DVSC does not work in modern browsers

Hello,

The DVSC does not work in modern browsers. SSL won't work due to an old cipher and the javascript framework has some issues and pages don't load correctly in Firefox, Chrome or Edge.

A forum post suggests a fix is as simple as updating the Dojo framework and re-configuring nginx:
