Data loss in XS 7.1CU2 when using lvmohba storage

Hello,

    After reboot VM, we found some data loss in VM whose os is windows7sp1 64bit.

    Our operation steps are as follows, almostly the same as https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX214768: 

• Having a pool of two hosts
• Running XenServer 7.1CU2 on the pool master host
• High Availability is not enabled
• Having at least one VM running on a host that is not the pool master
• The XenServer toolstack is restarted on the pool master.
• At some time after the pool master’s toolstack has been restarted, deletion of VM or snapshot or template or VDI   

    The unhappy VM is 98c45547-5edc-8cb0-604e-2e9d5833b5f7 with the unhappy VDI e7552cd7-7121-4b8c-af79-f7ec22fb4193. More logs in the attachments.
